Obituary of Geralyn K Holt

Geralyn Kate Holt, 74, of North Port, FL passed away peacefully at home on October 22, 2022 surrounded by those who loved her.

She was born in Charleston, SC to Charles Whaley and Frances Stork. Geralyn had a full filling career as Manager for Central Supply. She was a avid fan of Elvis and loved watching her favorite shows and working in her garden. She loved to spend her free time with her friends and family. 

Geralyn is survived by her beloved children: Bruce (Perilynn) Holt Jr., Bobby Holt and Nicole (Carl) Broughton. She also leaves behind her grandchildren: Jessica Richardson, Alyssa Willett, Rochelle Luna, Abby Clothier, Edward W. Holt, Carli Stiffler, and Skylar Broughton. As well as her eight great grandchildren: Kaiden Bunnell, Bryson Bunnell, Jordan Bunnell, Jaxson Coppens, Raylynn Willett, Layne Luna, Remle Willett, and Lincoln Luna.  She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Bruce Holt Sr., son Daniel Holt, brother Charles Whaley Jr. and T. Murray, and her parents Frances Stork and Charles Whaley.

A Visitation will be held on Monday, October 31, 2022 from 9am to 11am at Farley Funeral Home in North Port, FL.  A Funeral Service will begin promptly at 11am following the conclusion on the visitation. Geralyn will be laid to rest beside her husband at Gulf Pines Memorial Park in Englewood, FL.
