Obituary of Michael D. Vowell

Michael David Vowell, 76, of Port Charlotte, FL passed away on February 10, 2023. He was born on January 9, 1947 in Detroit, MI. Michael was a US Army Veteran who served two tours in Vietnam and received many metals of commendation including; three purple hearts, a silver star, and a bronze star. Michael worked for Ford Motor Company as a tug driver and retired from there in 2000.

He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Vowell; children and their spouses; grandchildren; greatgrandchildren; eight siblings and their spouses; and many nieces and nephews.

Michael was preceded in death by his parents, Delbert A. and Ruth Mozell Vowell.
